Delivery times provided are estimations only and are not guaranteed. With COVID shipping times may take additional time because of new protocols and increased shipping volumn. Once in the hands of the shipping service, arrival times are out of our control and effectively in the hands of the courier service. We commit to doing everything we can to process and release orders in a timely manor but cannot be held responsible for circumstances that remain out of our control.

Canadian Orders
We offer Free Canadian shipping. The Palette Boutique uses Canada Post to ship your order through standard letter mail. This can take anywhere from 5-12 business days depending on your location. Expect delays because of COVID
US Orders
We offer free shipping to the US! The Palette Boutique uses Canada Post to ship your order through standard letter mail.. Shipping times vary by location and may be delayed because of COVID

Exchanges/Damages
The trust and satisfaction of our customers is very important to us and we try and provide the best return/refund support. Our Palette Packs are quality checked before sent out for shipping and we take the quality of our accessories very seriously.
​Exchanges will only be provided if you receive a faulty or damaged product. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please email us at hello@thepaletteboutique.com, including a photo of the damaged product and your invoice email attached with the subject line "Exchange" within 21 days of your purchase for a replacement.
Returns
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us to open up a conversation on how we may address your issue. We are always here to help.
Order Cancellation or Changes
We start processing your order as quickly as possible to ensure it arrives to you in a timely manner. Due to this we may be unable to make changes or cancel your order once it is placed. In the event a cancellation or change request is necessary, please contact us by email immediately at hello@thepaletteboutique.com, with the subject line "Order Change" and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Confirmations/Invoices
In an effort to reduce environmental impact we do not include paper invoices with online orders. In addition to your order confirmation email, which will effectively act as your purchase receipt, we will also send you a shipping confirmation email.

Redirecting Your Order
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect orders once they ship. Sorry!
Taxes
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.
